To be "fit" is to walk a path of wellness, physically and psychologically throughout your lifetime.  It isn't a new training program or a series of diets; it is an alignment of your motivation, on a psychological level with the life you have planned for yourself and for your family.  But without really understanding how your MOTIVATION works, every diet, and fitness program that you start will end up just another attempt in a long list of "it didn't work for me" conversations.

On the other hand, to be motivated from within is to finally enjoy a physical activity without feeling like it's work, without worrying about your skill level or weight, without feeling guilty about the time you have set aside to do it.

FAMILY FITNESS FUTURE is about the about understanding wellness from a deeper level in order to engage the entire family in a long term commitment to health.

In this series of blogs, we'll explore the FIVE STEPS TO FAMILY FITNESS from both a physical level and a psychological level.
